Buying Guide

  • Shipping costs start from an amount of € 5.90 and for a total order of € 49.90 they are free throughout Italy
  • InnovaWorld manages all orders from our warehouses located in the European community within 24/48 hours of receiving the order and related payment.
  • Orders are shipped only on working days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays
  • You will receive an e-mail directly from our website and courier with the tracking number of your package and you will be able to follow the status of the shipment on the courier's system.
  • It may take up to 24 hours after delivery of the order to the courier before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system.
  • If the information did not appear on the carrier's website, please try again later. Using the tracking number provided, you can follow the journey of your order from our warehouse to your destination.
  • All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt.
  • Due to logistical difficulties in delivering to certain remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel your order and subject such orders to additional conditions (e.g. requesting a minimum order value), our support team is at your disposal. at your disposal for further information on remote delivery areas.
  • You will be notified if there is a cancellation or if we have difficulty processing your order shortly after the problem is identified. We will inform you of the problem and propose a solution, you will be free to cancel your order or accept our proposal.
  • Orders may be shipped to an address other than the billing address. After entering your billing address during checkout, you will have the option to enter a new shipping address.
  • The cost of shipping is inclusive of transport to the customer's address, in case of your unavailability the package can be deposited at the local depot of our courier.

The couriers entrusted by us are not authorized in any way to request a cash supplement for any reason (only in the case of cash on delivery to collect the sum agreed upon when ordering)

  • The shipping costs vary according to the contents of the package and their destination during the Check-out phase the real cost of the shipment will be visible
  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Transport costs are not valid for remote areas (not easily accessible locations such as islets, mountain resorts, etc.). If you think your destination could be considered a remote area, please contact us at the Customer Service numbers
  • You must provide full details of your address (to avoid additional costs for storage).
  • All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from data communicated by our carriers. They are approximate times for reference only.
  • Shipping times will change during public holidays; manufacturers and carriers will limit their operations during these times. This is out of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
  • Whilst we make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any person due to delays caused by the courier company over which we have no control, or by any event which is beyond our reasonable control.
  • Please note that the delivery costs do not include any import charges, taxes and customs duties applicable in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for these taxes and duties (non-EU countries). For more information on your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
  • We reserve the right to change the shipping costs at any time.
  • Delivery times are not valid in the case of customized products, these must be agreed with our sales team.
