Return or Exchange of Goods

If the Product purchased through the Website does not satisfy the customer, the latter can return it to the seller, without having to specify the reason and without penalty, within 30 working days of receiving it.

In order to be able to return the product, the customer must, within the aforementioned term, contact Customer Service at the e-mail address: or using the appropriate contact form on the Website, communicating his change of mind and specifying the details of the Order.

Before proceeding with the return of the product, the customer must wait for precise instructions from customer assistance .

After communicating his change of mind, the customer must send the product he intends to return in its original packaging to the address that will be communicated by the seller. The costs for this shipment will be charged to the customer.

  • The goods must not be broken/deteriorated and in any case must not show signs of wear caused by use.
  • In the case of material provided with special packaging (envelope/box, etc.), this packaging must be used to re-insert the goods.
  • In the case of food products (bottles, jars, bags, etc.) they must not have been opened.
  • No more than 30 days must have passed from the date of receipt of the goods.
  • In case of products with supplier labels/tags, they must not be removed or damaged.

Once the product returned by the customer has been received and its integrity has been verified, all the sums paid to purchase it will be returned, excluding shipping costs, within 15 days of the return of the goods.

If the product is not intact , the customer will not be entitled to a refund of these sums.

The return shipment, until the certificate of receipt, is under the full responsibility of the customer. InnovaWorld is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. In the event of damage to the goods during transport, InnovaWorld will notify the customer of the incident, to allow him to file a complaint against the courier and obtain any reimbursement.


In the event of lack of conformity of products sold on the Website, the customer must immediately contact Customer Service at the e-mail address or using the appropriate contact forum on the Website, communicating the defect . The customer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods by replacement or to a suitable price reduction or termination of the contract.

This right is forfeited if the customer does not report the lack of conformity to the seller within 7 days from the date on which he received the goods.
